Our Services
We are a Managed Service Security Provider (originally starting out as and still trading under Computer Troubleshooters Edinburgh West since 2006) who offer a range of IT and cyber security services to meet the needs of small businesses, suited to your budget at a fixed monthly cost.
Our technology will continually monitor your equipment and network, to install Windows updates and patches, perform scheduled scans, identify, protect and remove security threats.
eLearning (Bite Size Training Courses)
Included in our packages are modules for users to increase their knowledge and skills, for subjects such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Acrobat DC, Workplace Safety, Sale & Marketing, Timer Management, Windows 10 to name a few. No need to send staff away from work for training courses, they learn using these bite size courses as they use the application, the modules can integrate with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft office applications for quick access to courses, potentially increasing productivity. With more courses on the way.
